Athletics Training in Kenya & Sport Safaris

Athlete Training in Kenya
Introduction
In an age when Kenyan long distance running stars have turned the international circuit into a national fiefdom, it is no longer difficult to find Kenya on the world map.
This fertile ground for the development of world beating athletes has created an international phenomenon, as many runners across the world seek to come and discover the source of Kenya’s athletic prowess. Several high altitude training camps in the Great Rift Valley and Central Kenya attract many international athletes, yearning to share in a little of that which builds Kenya’s runners.
Nothing will be better to enhance your chances of becoming a legend by training in a selection of
high altitude camps with powerful practical coaches and hot-footed challengers. These state of the art camps provide everything an athlete needs for training. Quality accommodation, conference facilities, a modern gymnasium, swimming pools, a good training ground, a library and a well managed diet are all at the disposal of the athletes.
Some camps like that set up by Lorna Kiplagat (a Kenyan-Dane) specialize in training women. This is a way of remembering where she came from and also as a way of giving back to the society to ensure continuity of high achievers especially women. There is something for everyone; some camps specialize on youthful talent. Where do you think you fit? Kindly let us know we will take you there.
Safari, Training & Beach
We will help you get to the camp and arrange for you to be accommodated and trained. In addition, as you prepare for your challenges or even after, we will arrange for you a memorable tour to another of what Kenya is known for -
wonderful game parks teeming with wildlife, sanctuaries and private conservancies that promote this cause and later (after training) a relaxation at Kenya's sandy beaches of the South Coast, Mombasa, North Coast, Watamu-Malindi-Lamu-Kiwayu or even Zanzibar.
