Short and ideal safari for those who wish to get the most of a budget camping safari in Kenya in a short period. Choosing a camping safari is a good idea to keep your budget within your limits. As your safari outfitter, we will choose modest accommodation in a tented camp or set up camp with our own equipment and supplies for a more private and enjoyable raw wilderness experience.
Your guide will help you spot the big 5 and other species of game and birds. Masai Mara is also home to the wildebeest migration phenomenon during the July - October season.
Accommodation:
There will be good beds at your spacious tent, hot showers, flush toilets and ideal camping furniture. You will still be able to charge your camera batteries and phone. If you choose to bring a laptop, we will see that you have unlimited access to the internet.
Price of the Camping Safari:
Joining a scheduled departure makes it easy on the pocket, but nothing is more seamless than a private safari where you are not obligated to join other folks, perhaps with different mien, tastes and preferences than your own. Booking Process:
Give us your flight details and your concierge will be ready for you, even if your flight touches down in the dead on the night or at the first lights of dawn. You will be assured of your hotel / lodge/ camp booking confirmation once we receive your deposit. We will send you a copy of your safari file with us giving detailed information about the park/s you shall be visiting, what to expect, what to carry, optional activities you can choose, your invoice and receipts, contact information of key personnel responsible for your safari and a copy of the poster you shall see at the airport.

DETAILED ITINERARY FOR THE 3 DAY MASAI MARA BUDGET CAMPING SAFARI

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara
Depart from your hotel in Nairobi at 07h00 and drive along the floor of the Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara. Arrive at your camp in time for a hot lunch. Afternoon games drives after brief rest. Dinner and overnight at tented camp

Day 2: Masai Mara
Spend entire day in the park spotting animals and birds. You will have discussed with your guide the previous evening to arrange for picnic lunches or choose to return to the camp for hot lunch. Dinner and overnight at tented camp

Day 3: Masai Mara - Nairobi
You will definitely have an early morning game drive returning to the camp for breakfast, check out and drive back to Nairobi.

Prices:

Price per person: $ 520
Price For Group: Negotiable
Children between 12 to 17 years: 75% of adult price
Children between 3 to 11: 50% sharing with parents
Children below 3 years: Free

Important: Prices are based on two people undertaking the 3 Day Masai Mara Camping Safari. Prices for solo travelers, 2+ or groups can be requested.
