What we Do -   Nairobi Airport Taxis, Private Transfers, Cabs

We undertake Nairobi Airport Transfers from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) and Wilson Airport to all city hotels both within the City's Business District and those on the outlying areas of Nairobi (ourskirts and suburbs).
We will pick you up from the Airport and drop you off at The Hilton Hotel, Norfolk Hotel, The Tribe Hotel, Crown Plazza Hotel, Heron Court Hotel, Milimani Backpackers Hotel, Bush House & Camp in Karen, Wildebeest Camp, Kenya Comfort Hotel, Holiday Inn, Jacaranda Hotel, Hotel Intercontinental, Sarova Stanley, Sarova Panafric, Fairview Hotel, Hotel Boulevard, Impala Hotel, Safari Park Hotel, Panari Sky Hotel, Nairobi Safari Club, Laico Regency Hotel, Palacina Residential Hotel, Nairobi Serena Hotel, and many more.

How We Do It-   Nairobi Airport Taxis, Private Transfers, Cabs

1. If your booking is confirmed in advance, your concierge will be waiting for you at the airport to provide assistance you may require. A clear poster with your name or the name of your party will be vividly displayed. You will be helped with luggage, given a warm welcome and eventually driven to your destination.
2. You do not have to pay any deposits in advance, unless its by credit card. (see payment terms below)
3. We ensure that our prices remain as consistent as possible and any negotiations be done before arrival. We see to it that your charge remains reasonable and consistent with web prices shown below. We keep the rates updated in keeping with fluctuating fuel prices and forex rates

 

Our Drivers

Our professional, cheerful and organized drivers need not use a map to these and many other locations. They know the city well. Our drivers will not solicit for any tips or favours. There is no harm if you wish to do so in appreciation of professional services rendered.

Our Vehicles -   Nairobi Airport Taxis, Private Transfers, Cabs

We agree before on the type of vehicle you require and the price. Any special needs like a baby seat are discussed beforehand. However, we have comfortable sedans in excellent condition for (1-3 seater), SUVs for (1-3 seater), Land Cruisers 4x4 (1-9 seater), Tour Vans (1-7 pax), Toyota Coaster Mini-Vans / Coaches (22-25 seaters) and large buses for groups (up to 62 pax).
Any other choice for particular vehicles like Land Rover, Mercedes, Jeeps can be discussed.

Payment Modes -   Nairobi Airport Taxis, Private Transfers, Cabs

You are required to pay in USD cash after arrival at your destination. Credit card payments are only acceptable 14 days before arrival and Wired transfers 5-7 days before arrival. Credit card payments incur a 5% surcharge borne by the client. Similarly, the client bears all costs of wired transfer

Cancellations of requested services require a 7 days notice. This helps us scheduling vehicles for other assignments. We do expect that our clients shall adhere to this especially when there is no loss on their part (having made no prior payments).

Night Transfers

Not all flights land during day time. It will be important to expect a little increase from web prices displayed below to cater for cost of driver overtime and inconvenience. The prices shown apply for flights landing between 7.00am (EST) and 8.00pm (EST).
