This short safari of 4 days, 3 nights is an ideal Tanzania Safari covering very beautiful regions. The driving distances are quite short adding to the value of this safari. Arusha to Lake Manyara is only 2.5hrs drive and Manyara to Ngorongoro is just 2 hrs. The eventual return journey from Ngorongoro to Arusha is about 4 hours.

Day 01: Arusha - Lake Manyara
Depart Arusha in the morning for a 2.5hrs drive to the scenic Lake Manyara. You have adequate time for extended photo stops, later arriving at Lake Manyara for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Twiga Campsite.
About Twiga Campsite:

Located near Mto wa Mbu village, Twiga Campsite is a short distance from the gate to Lake Manyara National park. Best place to camp in a Lake Manyara camping safari. Facilities available include, well kept lawns, toilets, showers, small bar, restaurant, evening entertainment, clean bandas (huts) with double bedded rooms, en suite shower, mosquito netting. Covered cooking and dining areas. Excellent security.

Day 02.:Ngorongoro Crater
Breakfast and depart Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Simba Campsite.

Day 03.:Ngorongoro Crater
Full day at the crater floor teeming with game and birds. Picnic lunch at the crater. Return to the campsite for dinner and overnight.

Day 04: Ngorongoro - Arusha
After breakfast depart for Arusha arriving by lunch time
